Booking and Tour Packages before you confirm your booking.

is to bring to your notice that as per the new guidelines vide
Ministry of Finance, Government of India under The Union Budget
2011-12, additional Service Tax @ 5.15% will be applicable over
the contracted rates (Rooms and Food & Beverage). The same will
be applicable w.e.f. 1st May 2011 over the new as well as the
existing bookings. |

Nainital Tours &
Package Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policies :-
As per the rules of the hotels, the check in time is from
10.30 A.M. to 12.00 A.M. check out time is 10.00
A.M.
Early Check in or Late Check out is subject to availability
and may be chargeable by the hotel as different hotels have
different terms.
No fees will be involved incase if we are not able to confirm
the booking request.
Children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents'
room without an additional charge. However, NO extra
bed will be provided. Extra bed for children will be chargeble.
Hotels DO charge for meal supplement for children like Milk
and cornflakes.
Hotels reserve the right to charge higher fees during Public
Holidays, Weekends and Peak Seasons.
Incase of a hotel transfer booking - A modification fee of
Rs 500/- per request plus a difference in room rates + food
will be charged for the changes. This provision is ONLY
available if the last minute room is available in other hotel &
the reservation is subject to availability. Nainital Tours &
Package reserve the rights in all the bookings done by us and
the last minute hotel transfer is ONLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged
for the entire amount.
Kid's tariff applies only to children up to 12 years of age. Children
above 12 years are charged as adults.
All cancellation or modification must be informed directly to us.
Cancellation or modification made directly at the hotel will not
be entertained.
We take at least 7-8 working days to process refunds for bookings
cancelled online.
To confirm reservation we would require a minimum of 50%
as advance which is non-refundable.

hotel and for any REASON – the transfer to other hotel
the remaining extra cost of room rent and food
will be paid by customer. |
The
Applicable Tariff packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
Taxes as per Government notification.
In case of non-availability of rooms at our respective hotels for
reasons, the Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
However the extra cost of the transfer will be paid by the customer.
Bookings without a FULL advance payment are considered
enquiries and DO NOT ensure a reservation.
Payment & Refund
Why do I prepay for my hotel reservation?
We are simply a travel company for the hotels available on our websites.
The discounted rates are only available to us on a prepayment basis.
So, to be able to confirm and secure your reservation, we always
will need the payment in full before your arrival. Without
payment, we regret that we are not able to hold your hotel reservation.
If during the stay if you decided to leave the hotel after 1 day
of stay in a 3 days booking then you will be liable to pay the FULL
amount for the total days of booking as we have booked the hotel
& have made the payment on your behalf of the booking. As hotel
dont know you because the booking has been made on behalf of Nainital
Tours & Package and hotel charge us full amount for the
booking days as when you at the hotel the booking is labeled as
current booking & in current booking NO Hotels
gives back the refund.
Nainital Tours & Package Cancellation
Policies :-
90 Days or more prior to arrival date - 75 %
refund
60 Days or more prior to arrival date - 50 %
refund
30 – 15 Days prior to arrival date - 35 % refund
14 – 7 Days – 25 % refund
7 – 0 Days – No Refund
NO SHOW NO REFUND with in the time period of your arrival.
All jurisdictions are subject to Nainital District only.
Hotels
Information on facilities, amenities and services, available at each
participating hotel, has been provided by the hotel or has been culled
out from the hotel's published promotional literature. Star- Classification
to hotels is usually awarded by the Central/State Tourism authority.
The same has been indicated, wherever applicable/available and as
provided by the participating hotels or indicated in the Hotel Federation
annual guide. Although efforts have been made to maintain correctness
of information, Online Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) does
not guarantee authenticity of any. Nainital Tourism is not in any
way responsible for quality of the product or services at any
of the participating hotels. Online Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd,
(NTP) makes every effort to keep all information updated. However,
the participating hotels have reserved the right to change their tariff
without notice. Consequently, the information on hotel tariff is subject
to change without notice.
Packages
Online Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) has taken great care
in selecting its package vendor partners, who are mostly established
package operators in business for several years. However, Online Technologies
Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) does not take guarantee of the quality of
service or facilities provided by third party vendors. The Package
Operator's Terms of Use has been individually provided and
should be read through carefully before booking the same.
The tour plan can change according to the rules and regulations as
well as climatic conditions.
We reccommend you to book your tour atleast 10 days before
as it will be quite helpful for us to execute your tour in a smooth
manner.
Most of the Packages Excludes :-
- Flight
/ Train Tickets
- Extra
Meals (Additional food charge ) or Drinks & meal supplement
for children like Milk and cornflakes
- Tips,
Telephone Charges, Laundry, Room Heater
- Travel
Insurance
- Any
monument fees, Any other expenses of personal nature
- Guide
charges.
- Sightseeing
which is not mention in Tour Programme.
PLEASE
NOTE :- However Jungle Safari in Corbett Natonal Park, the
Boat Ride on Nainital Lake, The Cable Car Ride and Paragliding
are subjected to availbilty &
Non-refundable. As during
rain these are NOT POSSIBLE.
Jungle Safari once confirmed and booked, the booking amount
of Jeep Safari and Elephant Ride / Safari is Non-refundable.
We DO need One Photo Id No and list of all names
who are coming for Safari with Age & Gender.
Paragliding is only subject to availability during clear
sky & NOT when the climate is very windy or rainy. The Weight
of the participant should not be over 75kg & Maximum 80 kg.

Camping Packages :-
In most
of the Camping sites DONT have TV and A/C.
Transport :-
Please
Note :- Prices / Rates of the Transport to Uttarakhand may change
without prior notice.
Transport Insurance is NOT included in the mentioned prices.
Transport Taxes Exclude :-
Pick up from Delhi Airport - Airport Parking - Rs. 300
From Delhi to Nainital - All Toll Gates Tax around Rs.500
From Delhi to Nainital the taxes are for only 24 hours. For Nainital
Mall Road Entry only once the entry will be paid by us.
Nainital Tours & Package (NTP) will not be responsible for
any DELAY in the arrangements of the transport as sometime
due to heavy traffic or road maintainese its inevitable.
Nainital Tours & Package (NTP) will not be responsible for
weather conditions, natural catastrophe, political unrest.
Nainital Tours & Package (NTP) will not be responsible for
any flight, train or bus delay.
Nainital Tours & Package (NTP) will not be responsible for
any miss happening.
Privacy
Protection Policy
We respect the privacy of the users. Without their consent, we shall
not collect the information on the users. As to the information we
obtained for service's sake, including the e-mail, address, telephone
number, and etc. we warrant that we should not, without the users'
consent, provide them to any third party except the judicial organs
with full legal formalities.
Others
The laws in the PRC shall be the applicable laws if actions occur
concerning this Website. If the revising of the PRC laws makes any
of the above terms illegal, all parties shall acknowledge and agree
that Online Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) is to make changes
to the above terms.
Online
Technologies Nainital Co., Ltd, (NTP) reserves the final interpretation
right.
All the information and content on this web site is protected by
