Sumitra Nandan Pant Museum :-
The birth place of famous Hindi-Poet Sumitra Nandan Pant. The
specially built gallery has a vast collection of English and
Hindi books providing a treasure trove for literature lovers.
It is called as Sarla ashram. It was found by the devotee of
Gandhiji Catherine Hillman who was known as Sarlaben. It was
established in 1946. It teaches cooking, vegetable growing and
animal caring for more than 70 poor women who lives in ashram.

How to Reach Kausani by Bus :-
Kausani is well connected by state owned bus services. Bus services
connect Kausani to other hill stations like Almora, Ranikhet,
Nainital and Pithoragarh. Many overnight buses owned by private
companies ply between New Delhi and Kausani. Take the correct
bus from I.S.B.T. it is a 14 hour journey which connects the
route including other hill resorts-Ranikhet, Almora, Gwaldam,
